Day 38 - Next Stop - Seoul, South Korea

Our late morning deoarture started with some setiousdownsizing  of our luggage. We dropped 10 pounds of stuff we have been lugging sround for thelast  five months. We said giidbye to our niw famous ice chest snd picnic supplies.

It was an hour bus ride to the Vladivostok airport. Wow. So far out of the city. Hard to believe. We sailed through immigration. No need for sll those papers!

Our flights ght to Seoul was three hours. Check out our route. What a huge circle to avoid znorth Zkirean airspace.  And rhen we land in Seoul, just 49 milrs from the border. Ugh.

A one hour ride into the city center found us at our really  mnice hotel. We will be here for two weeks.  We ventured out late for dinner. Found s great alley with local cafes, sat on the floor, and ate too muchgrilled  meat and veggies!
