We headed out early and back into Dublin where we spend the better part of the day at the National Botanical Gardens.  It was a massive site and so very well done that we almost lost Carol.  The grounds and greenhouses were immaculately in impeccably maintained and it was a lovely day of weather as well.

We covered a lot of ground in 31 days and saw probably more of Ireland than most of the Irish.

Late in the day we checked into our hotel near the airport and return the car.  During our overnight we downsized our bags, got rid of travel supplies, and readied ourselves for the next day's departure.  We headed to the airport following a late checkout and waited a bit for our short flight to Scotland.
