Our drive down I-5 was uneventful, fast, and HOT! We arrived in Eugene, OR late afternoon and found free overnight parking at the River Valley Center, a large mall with a huge parking lot. Once we were parked, a security guard came by to welcome us, give us a handout on the dos and don'ts, and put a parking pass on the windshield. Nice! The balance of the evening was spent catching up on some TV and doing paperwork in anticipation of our real estate closing tomorrow morning. Yippee! Almost there!!!
